American Cores & Electronics(A.C.E.)is a US based company with over 35 years of experience in manufacturing quality iron powder cores.With our head research and development center located in Southern California, our efforts are continually focused on the research and development of new materials and products. Being one of the earlier established manufactures of iron powder components, we are persistent on maintaining superb quality, constant improvement of materials, and efficiency in our manufacturing process. Our products are approved by many highly regarded companies such as Siemens, Vogt, Epcos (Germany), and Minebea (Japan).

    In 2002, A.C.E. invested $1.5 million USD in our second manufacturing plant, located in mainland China to provide support for the fast growing requirements in the Asian market and to provide our customers with more competitive products which include iron powder cores, a wide variety of wound components, and SMD inductors. Currently our China plant occupies an area of 70000㎡.The iron powder core capacity is 30KK/monthly and our diversified inductor capacity is at 10 KK/monthly. We are currently producing in our China plant a wide range of materials including 2, 6, 8, 10, 14, 18, 26, 34, 35, 40, and 52.
